KENTUCKY STRAIGHT BLUE CORN BOURBON

Made of 75% blue corn, 21% wheat, and 4% malted barley. Unlike any other bourbon, the blue corn yields an earthy, nutty, and mildly vanilla flavor.

MASH BILL #1

Our original mash bill, made with 75% yellow corn, 21% rye, and 4% malted barley. It has aromatic notes of butterscotch and spices with a peppery, spiced flavor. Barrel-aged for at least 3 years.

TOASTED OAK BOURBON

Our Toasted Oak Bourbon is made from our Mash Bill #1 and finished in lightly toasted white oak barrels for at least 21 days.

Our Elkwood Reserve Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is a semi-premium luxury product of Bluegrass Distillers. There are currently 3 releases of Elkwood Reserve—all being 9 year old single barrels at cask strength.
